Robinhood Concierge Waka Waka Chair Sweepstakes Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Robinhood Markets, Inc. ("Robinhood") is sponsoring the Robinhood Concierge Waka Waka Chair Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") governed by these official rules ("Official Rules"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Robinhood, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

  1. Individuals who are current Robinhood Concierge customers ("Concierge Customers") in good standing (i.e., their account is not restricted, suspended, or closed) at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection; or
  2. A guest personally invited and accompanied by an eligible Concierge Customer to the Robinhood Concierge Lounge during Hood Summit ("Guest"),

in each case who (a) at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, and (b) are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Employees, officers, and directors of Robinhood and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same household as such employees, officers, or directors, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Robinhood reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant, including Concierge account status. One (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of Robinhood accounts held or Concierge Lounge visits made.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will run during Hood Summit, held September 29–30, 2026 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, for the duration that the Robinhood Concierge Lounge is open to attendees on each of those two days (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received in person at the Concierge Lounge during the Sweepstakes Period.

How to Enter

Eligible entrants may enter by visiting the Robinhood Concierge Lounge during Hood Summit and speaking with a Robinhood Concierge representative to sign the terms, the entry claim form and then have their Hood Summit badge scanned to enter. No purchase, payment, or account transaction of any kind is required to enter or win. One (1) entry per eligible person for the entire Sweepstakes Period; multiple tickets issued to the same person will be void.

Entry Limits; Disqualification for Multiple Entries or Misuse

Robinhood reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, investigate, and void, disqualify, or delete any entry (including a previously accepted or drawn entry) if Robinhood determines that an entrant has: (a) submitted, obtained, or attempted to obtain more than one (1) entry through any means, including by using multiple identities, accounts, or devices; (b) provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with entry or eligibility; (c) engaged in any conduct that Robinhood determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the letter or spirit of these Official Rules; or (d) otherwise violated these Official Rules. Robinhood's determination as to any of the foregoing shall be final and binding. If an entry is voided, disqualified, or deleted under this section, Robinhood may, at its discretion, proceed to the next eligible entrant or ticket in accordance with the Winner Selection process described above.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be announced at random, on site, in the Robinhood Concierge Lounge on the second day of Hood Summit, September 30, 2026, at 1:30pm.

THE WINNER MUST BE PRESENT IN THE ROBINHOOD CONCIERGE LOUNGE AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING TO WIN. If the winner's name belongs to an entrant who is not present and able to claim the prize at the time of the drawing, that entry will be voided and Robinhood will immediately draw another name at random. This process will repeat until an eligible, present winner is confirmed.

The confirmed winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), and any other documentation reasonably required by Robinhood, on site or within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to timely complete and return any required documentation may result in disqualification, in which case Robinhood may void that entry (no further winners will be drawn once the Sweepstakes Period has ended and a confirmed winner has been documented).

Prize

The prize is one (1) Robinhood "Waka Waka Chair," autographed by Robinhood Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman Vlad Tenev (the "Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $3,000 USD, based on the chair's listed price on the Robinhood Shop (shop.robinhood.com). Only one (1) Prize will be awarded across the entire Sweepstakes. Robinhood Markets, Inc. will cover the cost of shipping the Prize to the winner's home address within the United States including all 50 states and Puerto Rico, excluding all other U.S territories. Shipping timeline and logistics will be coordinated directly with the winner following verification.

No cash or other substitution of the Prize is permitted, except that Robinhood reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specific chair described above becomes unavailable for any reason.

Taxes

This Prize is taxable. The estimated tax liability is approximately $1,000, which the accompanying Good Will Credit is intended to partially offset. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt, shipment, or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Robinhood may report the value of the Prize to the IRS and applicable state tax authorities as required by law, and may require the winner to complete and submit a Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to Prize fulfillment.

Prize Conditions

The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Robinhood. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold. No substitution or cash equivalent of the Prize is permitted except as stated above. Robinhood is not responsible for any errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of the Prize. Robinhood reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice and for any reason, including if Robinhood determines the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Robinhood reserves the right to void suspect entries.

Entrants and their guests are expected to act in accordance with the Robinhood Code of Conduct and Hood Summit venue policies at all times.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Robinhood, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge, and hold harmless Robinhood and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize; and (c) to the use of their name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF COMPANY POLICY, AND CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ROBINHOOD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PERSON AND TAKE FURTHER ACTION CONSISTENT WITH THE SEVERITY OF THE CONDUCT INVOLVED, CONSISTENT WITH ROBINHOOD POLICY AND APPLICABLE LAW.

Governing Law

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
