Disclosures

All investments involve risk and loss of principal is possible.

Intraday margin, if made available by Robinhood to eligible customers, increases leverage and may magnify both gains and losses, including losses greater than your initial investment. Intraday margin is available only during regular market hours and is subject to higher overnight margin requirements as market close approaches. If your account does not satisfy applicable requirements, you may be required to make a deposit or reduce or close positions, and Robinhood may liquidate some or all positions without prior notice. Robinhood may modify, restrict, or terminate intraday margin, including applicable maintenance requirements, at any time and without prior notice.

Futures, options on futures, and cleared swaps trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for everyone. Futures, options on futures, perpetual futures, and cleared swaps trading is offered through Robinhood Derivatives, LLC, a registered futures commission merchant with the CFTC and NFA Member. Perpetual futures accounts are not protected by SIPC insurance. Read the Futures Risk Disclosure Statement prior to trading futures products, review the Event Contracts Risk Disclosure for more information about the risks associated with event contracts, and read the Perpetual Futures Risk Disclosure prior to trading Perpetual Futures.

There are additional, unique risks with trading during extended hours you should be aware of before making an investment decision, including the risk of lower liquidity, increased volatility, greater spreads, and pricing uncertainty. Please review the Extended Hours Trading Disclosure for more information concerning these risks at https://robinhood.com/us/en/about/legal/.

Customers should consider their investment objectives and risks carefully before participating in any type of trading strategy. Robinhood does not recommend any particular technical or fundamental trading strategy, nor that any strategy will be profitable, and there is no guarantee that AI will improve investing results.

Robinhood Social is a forum within the mobile application offered and operated by Robinhood Tape, LLC (“RHT”), which enables existing Robinhood customers to engage in discussions about markets, investing, finance, and related topics. RHT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robinhood Markets, Inc.

Robinhood Agents and its supporting technology are provided by Robinhood Labs, LLC (“RHL”), a technology company. RHL is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or money transmitter; does not provide investment advice or recommendations; and does not hold customer funds or securities or execute transactions. Brokerage, cryptocurrency, futures, and derivatives services are provided by the applicable registered Robinhood affiliates.

Agentic accounts come with trade approvals settings that you can configure to allow automated trade execution. With approvals on, your agent cannot place an order until you approve it. You can turn trade approvals off, and if you do, your agent can place orders without asking you to confirm each one. Engaging with agentic trading entails inherent risks regarding investment outcomes and third-party data policies.

You assume all risk for trades executed by AI agents and for any use of your data by third-party LLM providers. Robinhood does not control, supervise, monitor, recommend, or audit agents.

Agentic trading involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. AI-driven strategies may perform poorly under certain market conditions, move quickly, and be difficult to monitor or stop in real time. Your agent can only trade in its dedicated agentic account and cannot trade in your other Robinhood accounts. You can pause your agent's automations or disconnect it at any time. This product may not be appropriate for all investors.

AI agents can make errors, misinterpret instructions, act on incomplete or outdated information, and may behave in unexpected ways. Robinhood does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any agent output and is not responsible for your agent's output or for investment losses in your agentic account. Customers are responsible for reviewing account activity, monitoring positions, and ensuring the agent is operating as intended.

Binary KPI options, such as earnings predictions, are exchange-listed, cash-settled option contracts listed on an underlying KPI of an issuer. The settlement value is determined not by the market price of the issuer's stock, but by whether a specific financial or operating metric reported by the issuer in an earnings-related filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission meets the applicable condition.

Options trading entails significant risk and is not appropriate for all customers. Customers must read and understand the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before engaging in any options trading strategies. Certain complex options strategies (including multi-leg) carry additional risk, including the potential for losses that may exceed the original investment amount. For non-Gold customers, the fee to trade index options is $0.50 per contract. For Gold customers, the contract fee is $0.35. Option spread orders are subject to early exercise or assignment that can remove the very protection that the trader sought. This can lead to margin calls and greater losses than anticipated when the trade was entered. A trader runs the risk of losing the entire premium paid for call spread options. Unlike equity and ETF options, index options have some unique features that should be understood before investing in them. This includes, but is not limited to, settlement, exercise, expiration, tax, and cost characteristics. Indices are unmanaged, do not incur expenses, and cannot be invested in directly.

Binary KPI options are offered through Robinhood Financial LLC, Member SIPC and a registered broker-dealer.

Brokerage services are offered through Robinhood Financial LLC (“RHF”, a registered broker-dealer (member SIPC), and clearing services through Robinhood Securities, LLC (“RHS”), a registered broker-dealer (member SIPC).
