The ALLETE Clean Energy segment develops, acquires, and operates clean and renewable energy projects. The Corporate and Other segment includes New Energy, South Shore Energy, BNI Energy, ALLETE Properties, a small amount of non-rate base generation, land holdings, and earnings on cash and investments. The company was founded on January 25, 1906 and is headquartered in Duluth, MN.
