Ticket sales, concessions, broadcasting rights and advertising sponsorship sales are the baseball segment's primary revenue drivers. The Mixed-Use Development segment includes retail, office, hotel and entertainment operations within The Battery Atlanta. The Battery Atlanta derives revenue primarily from office and retail rental income including overage rent and tenant reimbursements and, to a lesser extent, parking and advertising sponsorships. The company was founded on December 7, 2022 and is headquartered in Atlanta GA.
