It also markets, distributes, transports, and stores refined products. It operates through the following segments: Pipelines and Transportation, Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling, and Investments in Pipeline Joint Ventures. The Pipelines and Transportation segment consists of crude oil transportation pipelines, refined product pipelines, crude oil gathering system, and associated crude oil storage tanks. The Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling segment provides marketing services for refined products output of the Tyler Refinery and the Big Spring Refinery. It also engages in wholesale activity at the Abilene and San Angelo, Texas terminals, as well as at terminals owned by third parties, whereby the firm purchases light products for sale and exchange to third parties. It is also involved in providing terminalling services to independent third parties and Delek Holdings. The Investments in Pipeline Joint Ventures segment owns a portion of three joint ventures that have constructed separate crude oil pipeline systems and related ancillary assets, which serve third parties and subsidiaries of Delek Holdings. The company was founded on April 24, 2012 and is headquartered in Brentwood, TN.
