It offers fee-based real estate services through wholly owned subsidiaries, which in total managed and/or leased approximately 10.8 million square feet for third-party property owners at January 1, 2013. In January 2014, Parkway acquired its co-investor's 70% interest in the Bank of America Center. In April 2014, Parkway Properties Inc acquired Courvoisier Centre, a Class A office complex located in Miami, Florida. This includes market, extended, and overnight hours. Overnight volume displays the number of shares that are traded on the BOATS ATS during overnight hours, from 8 PM - 4 AM ET.
