It operates through the following segments: Consumer and Small Business, Enterprise, Wholesale, and Consumer-Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). The Consumer and Small Business segment offers traditional local and long-distance voice services, high-speed Internet services, and value-added services such as security and online back-up, which are delivered primarily over network facilities. The Enterprise segment includes integrated voice and data services, data transport services, multi-site networking services, and other data services, including cloud computing and collocation and managed services as an alternative to traditional information technology infrastructure. The Wholesale segment focuses on providing network bandwidth to other telecommunications carriers, network operators, and content providers. The Consumer (CLEC) segment is composed of traditional voice and long-distance services, nationwide Internet access services, both dial-up and high-speed, and value-added services including online backup and various e-mail services. The company was founded on August 30, 2013 and is headquartered in Little Rock, AR.
