Who will be the Winner of the 2027 Pro Men's Baseball Championship? Contracts resolve based on the winner of the 2027 Pro Men's Baseball Championship as determined by the Source Agency results. The winner is the team declared champion by winning the final game of the Championship, with extra innings counting toward the determination of the winner. Resolution occurs once the first final result is reported by the Source Agency; any subsequent revision to that result will not affect settlement once determined. If the Championship is shortened, suspended, or otherwise concluded before full completion, and the Source Agency declares a winner, the contract will resolve based on that result. If the Championship is postponed or suspended without a declared result, all contracts will remain open until the series is completed, provided it completes before the contract's final expiration date and time. If the Championship is canceled entirely or the contract expires before completion, the contract will be settled to the fair market value as determined by Rothera. Trading prohibitions
- Any player, coach, assistant coach, coordinator, general manager, team executive, trainer, physical therapist, medical representative, equipment staff, or other on-field or team personnel of any team participating in the referenced Pro Men's Baseball Championship, including injured list players, 40-man roster players, and any individual credentialed by the applicable league or association for the referenced game.
- Any umpire, replay official, or other game official assigned to, supervising, or holding regulatory authority over the referenced Pro Men's Baseball Championship.
- Any scouting, analytics, medical, training, or locker room personnel employed by or contracted with a team, league office, or league entity participating in or overseeing the referenced Pro Men's Baseball Championship.
- Any employee, officer, board member, or contractor of MLB, MLB's Competition Committee, the MLBPA, or any league-affiliated entity who has administrative access to information relating to game operations, scheduling, umpire assignments, disciplinary actions, injury reports, or competitive conditions.
- Any sports agent, advisor, or representative of a player or team participating in the referenced Pro Men's Baseball Championship.
- Any immediate family member, household member, or close associate of any of the foregoing persons, where such person reasonably may have access to material nonpublic information regarding the referenced Pro Men's Baseball Championship.
- Any individual subject to MLB's Collective Bargaining Agreement, MLB's gambling policy, or any applicable league integrity or ethics rules who has a professional duty to safeguard the integrity of professional baseball competitions.
- Any other Person who, by sole determination of the Exchange, possesses material nonpublic information relating to the Underlying.
