Here’s how it works:Single = 1 base Double = 2 bases Triple = 3 bases Home run = 4 basesYou just add them up for a player.ExampleIf a player has: 1 single (1 base) 1 double (2 bases) → Total Bases = 3 (For these markets, only hits can count for Total Bases)Player Participation & Settlement Criteria: -If a player is scratched or not included in the starting lineup, the market will resolve to the last fair price. -If a player starts the game but does not record a plate appearance, the market will resolve to the last fair price. -If a player is not in the starting lineup but later enters the game, the market will resolve to the last fair price, pinch hit at bats will not count towards the market. -If a player is in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance the market will settle based on total bases recorded. Trading prohibitions

  • Current and former players, coaches, and staff of the league, association, or organization(s) governing the event. For college leagues/associations specifically, or where otherwise appropriate (as identified by the Exchange), this applies to current and former players/coaches/staff of the specific teams in Seattle vs St. Louis: Total Bases rather than the league/association as a whole (e.g., if the Division I Gonzaga Men’s Basketball Team is playing in Seattle vs St. Louis: Total Bases, this prohibition will restrict trades by current/former players of that team, rather than all current/former players/coaches/staff in any NCAA sport).
  • Paid employees of the league and league participants
  • Owners of teams and the league
  • And household members and immediate family of all above
  • Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
  • Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
