About

Who will be the Party to win the U.S. House in 2026?Contracts resolve based on which party controls the U.S. House in the 2026 Congress election, as determined by the party affiliation of the Speaker of the House on the Expiration Date. Control is established when the Speaker of the House is a member of a given party, including any Independent who formally caucuses with that party's congressional caucus. Resolution occurs once the first determination is recorded by the Source Agency; any subsequent revision will not affect settlement once determined. If the Speaker of the House position is vacant on the Expiration Date, resolution is based on the party affiliation of the Speaker Pro Tempore; if neither has been designated, the Expiration Date is delayed until one is serving. If the Source Agency has not announced a result by the Expiration Date, contracts will remain open until the result is released. In the event a result cannot be determined, the contract will be settled to fair market value as determined by Rothera.Get $1 for every contract you own if your prediction is correct. Trading prohibitions

  • Candidates for federal or statewide public office.
  • Paid campaign staffers on Congressional campaigns.
  • Paid employees of Democratic and Republican Party organizations, such as the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee or the Republican National Committee.
  • Paid employees of Political Action Committees (PACs) and “Super PACs”.
  • Paid employees of major polling organizations. The Exchange shall determine which polling organizations constitute “major” and may modify that determination at any time.
  • Existing members of Congress, including those not running for re-election
  • Existing paid staffers of members of Congress.
  • Household members and immediate family members (siblings, children, and parents) of any of the above.
  • Any of the above listed institutions themselves.
