About

Who will be the Party and/or Candidate to win the NH-01 House race?Contracts resolve based on which candidate wins the 2026 NH-01 House race as determined by officially reported results. A candidate is considered to have won if the Source Agency reports that the candidate has been elected U.S. Representative for NH-01 House race Congressional District, including through recounts, runoffs, or other legally recognized processes establishing that result. Resolution occurs once the Source Agency has reported a result; any subsequent revision will not affect settlement once determined. If the Source Agency has not announced a result by the Expiration Date, contracts will remain open until the result is released. In the event a result cannot be determined, the contract will be settled to fair market value as determined by Rothera.Get $1 for every contract you own if your prediction is correct. Trading prohibitions

  • Candidates for federal or statewide public office.
  • Paid and unpaid campaign staffers on political campaigns.
  • Paid employees of Democratic and Republican Party organizations, such as the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee or the Republican National Committee.
  • Paid employees of Political Action Committees (PACs) and “Super PACs”.
  • Paid employees of major polling organizations. The Exchange shall determine which polling organizations constitute “major” and may modify that determination at any time.
  • Existing members of the current presidential administration.
  • Existing members of Congress, including those not running for re-election.
  • Existing paid and unpaid staffers of members of Congress or the current presidential administration.
  • Household members and immediate family members (siblings, children, and parents) of any of the above.
  • Any of the above listed institutions themselves.
