The yard line for this market is based on the line of scrimmage at the snap; the quarterback’s dropback depth or release point does not affect settlement. A play counts only if Seattle records an official forward pass attempt; sacks, scrambles, or run plays do not count. A pass attempt still counts even if the play is nullified by penalty, provided the pass attempt is officially recorded in the play-by-play.
