The Construction and Development segment focuses on the real estate development loans for which payment is derived from the sale of the property. The Commercial segment is made to businesses and is generally secured by assets of the business. The Installment segment caters to individuals and is secured by personal assets, as well as loans for personal lines of credit and overdraft protection.
