Robinhood Crypto has been in Europe for a whole year, and we could not have done it without you! To say thanks, we are giving eligible customers a crypto suprise—just a little something to celebrate together.

To qualify, you must be a Robinhood Crypto customer as described in the Eligibility section, not be subject to any of the restrictions provided in the Limitations section of the following terms and conditions, and have made at least one successful deposit before the countdown hits 0:00.

If you are eligible and on the countdown screen when the timer reaches zero, you will receive a notification once the reward is automatically issued to your account.

Once your crypto reward is available, we will notify you. If you miss the notification, you can check your reward status by going to History in the app.

The Robinhood Crypto Countdown Promotion Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Robinhood Crypto Countdown Promotion rewards promotion (the “Promotion”), which is operated by Robinhood Europe, UAB (collectively, “RHEC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Europe Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.

Eligibility: This Promotion is available exclusively to active RHEC customers who have successfully completed a fiat or crypto deposit, are logged into the RHEC app, and are on the Promotion countdown screen at 21 February, 2025 at 8 PM CEST (the “Countdown Deadline”). RHEC may extend the deadlines of the Offers at its discretion.

This offer is not open to the general public, and RHEC reserves the right to decline requests for enrollment at its discretion.

The Offer: Eligible customers who are logged onto the Robinhood Crypto app and on the accompanying Promotion countdown screen at the time of the Promotion Deadline will receive a reward (the “ Reward”). The Reward will be disclosed shortly after the Countdown Deadline. Eligible customers who are on the Promotion countdown screen at the time of the CountdownDeadline will receive an equal portion of the total prize provided across all eligible entrants at the time of the Countdown Deadline subject to the limitations and requirements of this Promotion.

Limitations: Reward recipients won’t be able to withdraw the reward value if they choose to sell it for 180 days after the date it is granted. RHEC reserves the right to either decline to grant the Reward, or, to the extent allowed by law and the terms of this Promotion, to take back the value of the Reward, in the event that RHEC determines in its sole discretion that: (1) a customer did not meet the requirements and qualifications of the Promotion; (2) there may have been fraudulent activity; or (3) there is a violation of these Terms or the Customer Agreement. RHEC reserves the right to change or restrict the offer terms, or terminate the offer, at any time without notice.. RHEC customers are limited to no more than one Reward per customer. The Promotion is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers. This Promotion is only available to eligible customers through an account with Robinhood Europe, UAB. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with RHEC or a Robinhood affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any market maker aren’t eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
