1. Eligibility: The OGC Nice Shirt Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. By entering the Promotion, the contestant (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and the decisions of Robinhood Europe, UAB (“Sponsor”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.

   To claim a prize, you must also hold an active Robinhood Europe, UAB account or successfully open one after being notified that you have won the Promotion.

   Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is not available to residents of Belgium, Hungary, Iceland, Luxembourg, Croatia, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal or where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on September 25, 2026 and ends on October 2, 2026 at 23:59 CET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

   The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time.

3. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion via X by following @RobinhoodApp_EU and commenting on the official Promotion post.

   Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries using multiple accounts or automated methods will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about October 7, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select 36 potential winner(s) from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential winner(s) will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on X within 4 of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the DM within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected.

   Verified winners will receive a secure link to provide their mailing address and shirt size. To facilitate prize fulfillment, Robinhood Europe, UAB will share the winner’s first name, last name, shipping address and size with Brilliant, our third-party logistics partner, on the basis of contractual necessity.

5. Prizes: Thirty-six winners will receive an Official OGC Nice shirt (2026 season) valued between €59.50 and €85.00 (the “Prize”). Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the winner is not permitted. All taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. General Conditions and Release: By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, X Corp. (Twitter), and their respective affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the Prize.

Governing Law and Disputes: The construction, validity, and performance of these Terms, as well as any rights, obligations, claims, or disputes arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, excluding its conflict of laws rules, regardless of the venue or jurisdiction in which a dispute arises.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Promotion you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
