Robinhood U.K. Ltd (Robinhood UK) Referral Giveaway Offer (“Giveaway Offer”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Giveaway Offer Period: This Giveaway offer is available starting at 12 AM (BST) on 12 June 2025 and ends on 10 July 2025  at 23:59 PM (BST).

Offer Requirements: 

Existing customers

- You must be an eligible UK resident with an existing Robinhood UK brokerage account.

- Both you and your friend will receive this cash reward as long as your friend successfully signs up through the referral link and funds their Robinhood UK account by 23:59 PM (BST) on 10 July 2025.

- Your friend must, amongst other things, be an eligible UK resident to apply for a Robinhood UK account to earn a reward.

Referred and non-referred new customers

- You must be an eligible UK resident to apply for a Robinhood UK brokerage account.

- You must apply for and be approved for a Robinhood UK brokerage account; and

- Link your UK bank account and complete a deposit to your Robinhood UK brokerage account by 23:59 PM (BST) on 10 July 2025.

- You will receive this cash reward as long as you successfully sign up to Robinhood UK using the promotional landing page and fund your account by 23:59 PM (BST) on 10 July 2025.

Reward value: The amount of each reward is determined by dividing $50,000 by the number of “Slices” that are earned during the Offer Period. For example, if there are 2000 Slices earned during the Offer Period, each customer holding a Slice will earn $25. As an existing customer, you may receive multiple Slices during the Offer Period, one for each new customer you refer that meets the Offer Requirements. Eligible new customers only earn one Slice for joining Robinhood UK and meeting the Giveaway Offer Requirements, though they may potentially earn additional slices if they subsequently refer new customers to Robinhood UK once they join.

By meeting the Offer Requirements, you authorise Robinhood UK to credit your Robinhood UK brokerage account in accordance with this Giveaway Offer with the amount of any Slices earned.

Limitations:

- The cash value of the Slice cannot be withdrawn from the customer’s Robinhood UK account for 30 days after the reward is received.

- Robinhood UK reserves the right to either decline to grant the slice or, to the extent allowed by law, to claw back funds, in the event that Robinhood UK determines in its sole discretion that: (1) a customer did not meet the requirements and qualifications of the Offer; (2) there may have been fraudulent activity; or (3) there is a violation of these Terms.

- Robinhood UK reserves the right to change the Terms or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.

- The Offer is not transferable or saleable.

When will I get a piece of $50,000?

If you meet the eligibility requirements of the $50,000 giveaway, you’ll receive your cash reward by no later than 17 July 2025 at 23:59 PM (BST). Keep in mind that the value of your cash reward cannot be withdrawn from your Robinhood UK account for 30 days after the reward is received.

When you receive your cash reward, you will receive an email notification.

Fractional Stock Referral Offer Terms and Conditions

Robinhood U.K. Ltd (Robinhood UK) fractional stock reward offer (“Fractional Stock Reward Offer”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Fractional Stock Reward Offer: For eligible existing and new Robinhood UK customers, Robinhood UK will provide a certain cash value of rewards, and the eligible customer must use that cash value entirely on purchases of shares or fractional shares of stocks that Robinhood UK makes available through this program. The 26 stocks that are available to choose from are selected by choosing the 2 largest S&P 500 companies within the top 13 sectors based on market cap, per 24 September 2024 data shown by TradingView (an unaffiliated entity).

Eligibility:

Existing customers 

- The Fractional Stock Reward Offer is only valid for existing Robinhood UK customers who refer a friend.

- Your friend must successfully sign up, get approved, link their bank account and complete a deposit for you both to be eligible to earn the reward.

New customers 

- You must be an eligible UK resident to apply for a Robinhood UK brokerage account and never have previously had a Robinhood UK brokerage account;

- You must apply for and be approved for a Robinhood UK brokerage account;

- Link your UK bank account and complete a deposit to their Robinhood UK brokerage account;

Anyone who doesn’t meet the conditions in this paragraph isn’t eligible for this Fractional Stock Reward Offer. Robinhood UK may decline requests to enrol in the offer without notice and at its sole discretion.

Occasionally, Robinhood’s inventory of settled shares may not include any given stock among this group for various reasons, including if Robinhood is out of inventory for any given stock or fractional stock. Neither receipt of a share or a fractional share of stock through this program nor identification of a particular security in communications related to this program constitutes a solicitation of the security, investment advice or recommendation of any security, transaction, account type, investment strategy involving securities, or order. The net cash value (between $7 and $175) that an eligible customer receives must be spent on stocks available in this program.

Approximately 96% of participants will receive a cash value of $7 to $8 (net). Rewards are distributed according to the probabilities outlined in the table below.

All eligible customers who fulfil the conditions of this stock reward program will receive a cash value that they can only use to purchase shares or fractional shares pursuant to this program.

For the pricing of fractional shares, Robinhood will endeavour to price fractional shares at the last trade price. While Robinhood endeavours to price fractional shares as of the time that the reward is claimed, there may be a small lag time, such as 1 minute, between when the reward is claimed and the fractional shares are priced.

Limitations: Fractional stock rewards will be credited only if the referred Robinhood UK brokerage account is approved and funded, and the reward is claimed within 60 days through the Robinhood UK platform. Rewards that aren't claimed within 60 days will expire. The fractional stock reward, when combined with the value received from all other offers in the current calendar year, may not exceed $1,500 per household per year. In the event that Robinhood UK determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms in connection with the stock referral or the referred customer’s Robinhood UK brokerage account, Robinhood UK reserves the right to either decline to grant the whole or fractional share stock reward, or to rescind or liquidate the stock or any related cash value proceeds if the customer sells their stock reward. This Fractional Stock Reward Offer is only available once per new eligible customer. A stock reward will be credited to the enrolled brokerage account within approximately 1 week after the reward is claimed. This timeline may be delayed at Robinhood UK’s sole discretion if, for example, Robinhood UK determines that there is indication of fraud or a violation of these Terms.

The cash value of the stock reward may not be withdrawn for 30 days after the reward is claimed. Robinhood UK cannot provide information about someone else’s account or application status. Robinhood UK reserves the right to decline to grant or rescind a stock reward if Robinhood UK determines in its sole discretion that there are images or speech in connection with the referrer's referral link that are inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violates community standards, or infringes on Robinhood's intellectual property rights, constitutes a domain name, creates the potential for confusion as to whether the page or content in question is Robinhood UK’s, or is otherwise improper. Robinhood UK reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice.

US taxes

The fair market value of your stock and/or cash reward, at the time you claim it, will be subject to US NRA (Non-Resident Alien) 30% withholding tax. The applicable withholding tax will be automatically deducted, before you are notified of the amount of the net reward or stock reward. For example, if the value of the net reward you receive is $7, $3 will already have been allocated to settle the tax liability. This means the total gross value of the reward is $10 ($7 net reward plus $3 withholding tax). This will be reflected on your annual IRS Form 1042-S. In addition, you will see the relevant cash movements on your account statement.

You receive a $7 reward (net), which is the result of 2 account transactions that will be shown on your monthly statement:

- A deposit of $10 in cash

- A debit of $3 in cash (the required 30% US NRA tax withholding entry)

The result is a net account deposit of $7 in cash.

US tax reporting:

- The $10 reward will be reported as US-sourced income on US Form 1042-S.

- The 30% US NRA tax withholding ($3 in cash) will also be reported on US Form 1042-S.

Fractional Stock Reward Offer Example

You receive a $7 reward (net), which is the result of 3 account transactions that will be shown on your monthly statement:

- A deposit of $7 in stock

- A credit of $3 in cash (the reward amount used for the required 30% US NRA tax withholding)

- A debit of $3 in cash (the actual withholding entry)

The result is a net account deposit of $7 in stock.

US tax reporting:

- The $10 reward ($7 in stock + $3 in cash) will be reported as US-sourced income on US Form 1042-S.

- The 30% US NRA tax withholding ($3 in cash) will also be reported on US Form 1042-S.

Taxes related to these offers are the customer’s sole responsibility.
