Trusted contact
You can provide a trusted contact for us to reach out to for certain circumstances, like if we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, or to confirm your contact information or health status.
Providing a trusted contact doesn’t give that person access to your account. Collecting this information is for your protection and doesn't change your Robinhood experience.
After you have someone on file with us, we may periodically check in with you to ask whether the trusted contact we have is still appropriate. You can update this information at any time.
By selecting a trusted contact, you’re confirming that the trusted contact has provided consent for you to list their contact information and for Robinhood to contact that person if needed. We may ask them about your account to address possible financial exploitation, confirm your contact information, health status, or the identity of any legal guardian, executor, trustee, or holder of a power of attorney.
