It operates through the following segments: Full Service Center-Based Child Care, Back-Up Care, and Educational Advisory Services. Read More The Full Service Center-Based Child Care segment comprises of a sponsor model, which provides child care and early education services on either an exclusive or priority enrollment basis for the employees of a specific employer sponsor; and a lease or consortium model, which offers child care and early education services to the employees of multiple employers located within a specific real estate development, as well as to families in the surrounding community. The Back-Up Care segment offers Back-Up Care Advantage Program, which access to a contracted network of in-home care agencies and center-based providers. The Educational Advisory Services segment primarily consists of tuition reimbursement program management and related educational advising, and college advisory services. The company was founded by Roger H. Brown and Linda A. Mason in 1986 and is headquartered in Watertown, MA.
