The Biomedical segment consists of a single business unit, Dynasil Biomedical Corporation a medical technology incubator which owns rights to certain early stage medical technologies. The Innovation & Development segment consists of the Radiation Monitoring Devices, Inc. business unit, which is among the largest small business participants in the U.S. government-funded research. The company was founded in October 20, 1960 and is headquartered in Newton, MA.
