UpHealth, Inc. operates as a digital health company. It integrates care delivery across the globe to support healthier individuals and communities. It operates through the following segments: Integrated Care Management, Global Telehealth, Digital Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, and Corporate. The Integrated Care Management segment provides customers with an advanced and extensible technology platform, marketed under the umbrella “SyntraNetTM” to manage health, quality of care, and costs, especially for individuals with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs. The Global Telehealth segment provides customers with primary care, specialty consultations, and translation services, through telemedicine, digital dispensaries, and technology-based hospital centers. The Digital Pharmacy segment provides custom compounded medications for the unique needs of every patient and prescriber. The Behavioral Health segment provides inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services for individuals with drug and alcohol addiction and other behavioral health issues. It also offers a complete continuum of care from detoxification services, residential care, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient and outpatient programs. The Corporate segment performs executive, administrative, finance, human resources, legal, and information technology services for the company. The company was founded by Chirinjeev Kathuria and Mariya Pylypiv on November 5, 2019 and is headquartered in Delray Beach, FL.

The line chart allows you to select different time spans. Each time span plots a time interval. On the 1 day span and weekly span, there is additional logic to only show the interval when trades occur. Charts for 24 Hour Market securities display activity from 12 - 12 localized time. The “High” and “Low” statistics represent the highest and lowest values from 12 AM - 12 AM localized time. This includes market, extended, and overnight hours. Overnight volume displays the number of shares that are traded on the BOATS ATS during overnight hours, from 8 PM - 4 AM ET.
