Vodacom profit falls, service revenue rises
Vodacom Group Ltd. (VOD.JO) said Monday that its net profit declined in fiscal 2019 while service revenue increased. The company said that net profit for the year was 14.82 billion South African rand ($1.04 billion) compared with ZAR15.34 billion the prior year. Revenue was ZAR86.63 billion, up from ZAR86.37 billion fiscal 2018.
