"As a backend intern, I was welcomed onto the team with the expectation that I would deliver on high-impact projects and was never really treated as any less capable than any of the other members on the team. I was given the opportunity to really go above and beyond and build cool things with amazing mentors and teammates to lean on if I ever got stuck. All in all, I'm really grateful that I have been able to learn so much and meet so many amazing people during my internship!”
“The internship at Robinhood is extremely rewarding and impactful. I was able to work on one of the company’s most important and prominent projects, and thus working with the best group of engineers! The friendship I was able to build along the way was tremendous! Building an important project with a very tight timeline makes me think a lot about product design, which I believe would make me go a long way into the future as a product engineer.”
“From the get-go, I was placed on high-impact projects through which my mentor and other engineers were always eager to help me along every step of the way. The work culture here is never afraid to let people tackle massive challenges and go above and beyond, and the people here always view challenges as opportunities for growth rather than reason for doubt or scrutiny. Robinhood absolutely puts learning first and above all for its interns, and I’m incredibly grateful for that as I’ve learned so much in just one summer!”
