The Floaters segment encompasses its drillships and benign environment semi-submersible rigs. The Jack-Up Rigs segment operates mobile, self-elevating drilling platforms equipped with legs that are lowered to the seabed. The company was founded on May 10, 2005 and is headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda.

The line chart allows you to select different time spans. Each time span plots a time interval. On the 1 day span and weekly span, there is additional logic to only show the interval when trades occur. This allows you to see when trading volume occurs during periods of slower activity like extended hours or thinly traded equities. The candlestick chart works in the same manner.
