Crypto asset statement: Cash Cat
Coinsquare Capital Markets Ltd. (“Coinsquare”) is offering crypto contracts to purchase and trade CASHCAT in reliance on a prospectus exemption granted by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) in the amended and restated exemptive relief decision dated October 11, 2024. The statutory rights of action for damages and the right of rescission in section 130.1 of the Securities Act (Ontario) and similar legislation in other CSA jurisdictions do not apply in respect of a misrepresentation in this statement to the extent that a crypto contract is distributed under the above-noted prospectus relief.
No securities regulatory authority in Canada or any other jurisdiction has expressed an opinion about any of the crypto assets (or crypto contracts) that are available through Coinsquare’s platform, including an opinion that the crypto assets are not themselves securities and/or derivatives.
Coinsquare has compiled the information contained in this Crypto Asset Statement to the best of its ability based on publicly available information.
CASHCAT is a decentralized ERC-20 token deployed on the Robinhood Chain. Originally derived from a historical internal working name associated with Robinhood, the token was launched by an anonymous developer as a community-driven project. Robinhood has no affiliation with the token developer and the token does not confer any claim or access to Robinhood equity or products.
A fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) CASHCAT tokens was created at deployment. CASHCAT token holders possess on-chain voting rights to participate in protocol governance and community-led decisions.
As with all digital assets, trading or holding CASHCAT involves significant risk. In addition to the general market risks detailed in our Risk Statement, investors should evaluate the specific risks associated with CASHCAT outlined below.
CASHCAT carries zero intrinsic utility or underlying financial backing. It functions primarily as a speculative meme asset driven by market sentiment, social media engagement, and community participation. The asset is subject to extreme price volatility, and its market valuation may fluctuate rapidly without underlying operational changes.
Due to the popularity of the CASHCAT brand, numerous counterfeit contracts and imitation tokens exist across the Robinhood Chain, Solana, and other networks. Investors must explicitly verify the canonical contract address (0x020bfC650A365f8BB26819deAAbF3E21291018b4) prior to entering into any transaction.
The CASHCAT token contract and liquidity pool were deployed on-chain on June 18, 2026 (block 88,836), approximately three weeks before the public debut of the Robinhood Chain mainnet. Observant on-chain traders identified the live liquidity pool during this early period, acquiring large token allocations at extremely low valuations before public trading became widely accessible. Consequently, token concentration among certain early addresses remains elevated, presenting potential market impact if these holders liquidate their positions.
While CASHCAT token holders maintain voting rights over community proposals, protocol governance outcomes depend on voter turnout and token concentration. Large holders or coordinated groups may exert disproportionate influence over governance proposals.
