AVAX Rewards Terms and Conditions
To earn AVAX rewards, you must maintain at least €12 worth of AVAX throughout the month. If you hold AVAX before the offer period begins, you will automatically start earning rewards when the offer period starts. You can buy AVAX at any time during the offer period and hold to earn more rewards.
You will only earn rewards on your AVAX holdings.
Rewards accrue daily based on your end of day AVAX balance, calculated at 23:59 CET. To calculate your reward, multiply your end of day AVAX balance by the 10% annual rewards rate.
Rewards accrue monthly and are paid out within 7 days of the following month, beginning in July 2024. You can find details about your daily accruals on the AVAX details page in the app. This accumulation will continue each month until the total reward reaches or exceeds the minimum payout threshold.
This is a limited time offer, while supplies last. Robinhood Crypto reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer, change the terms, eligibility criteria, and payouts for all offers at any time, for any reason.
Last Updated: 25 May 2024 The Robinhood Crypto AVAX Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the AVAX Rewards program (the “AVAX Rewards Program”), which is operated by Robinhood Europe, UAB (“RHEC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Europe Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.
Eligibility; Offer Period: The AVAX Rewards Program is available only to those eligible RHEC customers that RHEC contacts directly about the offer and who hold a AVAX balance during the Offer Period (defined below). All eligible customers will be automatically opted into AVAX Rewards. This is a limited time offer, subject to availability and/or while supplies last (“Offer Period”). RHEC reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer, change the terms, eligibility criteria, and payouts for all offers at any time, for any reason.
Offer; Rewards: During the Offer Period, Rewards accrue daily based on your end of day AVAX balance. You must maintain at least €12 worth of AVAX throughout the month. Maximum of €1,000 rewards per customer, subject to change. Other terms apply.
All reward amounts will be in AVAX and will be distributed to your qualifying AVAX balance within 7 days of the following month, beginning in July 2024.
Limitations: AVAX Rewards may be used on RHEC’s platform right away. This offer is valid even if other RHEC offers have already been accepted. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers, and is available to eligible RHEC customers. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with RHEC or a Robinhood affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any market maker are not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
AVAX Rewards are only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes. RHEC reserves the right to discontinue eligibility for AVAX Rewards, or to cancel or rescind any reward relating to the AVAX Rewards Program in the event that RHEC determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms in connection with the customer’s participation in the AVAX Rewards Program. Employees of RHEC’s affiliates may not be eligible. Other limitations may apply.
Taxes: Taxes related to this offer are solely your responsibility. Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of a crypto reward before enrolling.

Crypto services are offered for eligible EU customers through an account with Robinhood Europe, UAB (company number 306377915), with its registered address at Mėsinių 5, LT-01133 Vilnius, Lithuania (“RHEC”). RHEC is registered according to the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Lithuania as a virtual currency exchange and virtual currency depository wallet operator. RHEC is supervised by the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. RHEC is registered under No. RDWW-1076 in the register of virtual currency activities, kept by the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Katowice, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act applicable in Poland. RHEC is also registered according to the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Italy in the special section of the register of bureaux de change (virtual currency and digital wallet services providers) kept by the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) under No. PSV153. RHEC is subject to requirements and obligations applicable in the Republic of Italy in accordance with the Legislative Decree No. 231/2007 as to the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and terrorist financing and, to this end, is supervised by the Finance Intelligence Unit (Unità di Informazione Finanziaria – UIF) of the Bank of Italy.
