Sign-up and referral rewards Terms and Conditions
New customers in select jurisdictions who have never had a Robinhood Crypto account before, who sign up for an account and trade at least €10 of crypto are eligible.
Existing customers in select jurisdictions who refer new customers, as well as the referred customers, may both qualify for referral rewards. To be eligible, referred customers must sign up and trade at least €10 of crypto. Once the minimum trade threshold has been met, both the existing customer and the referred customer will receive their referral reward. New customers are only eligible to receive either a sign-up reward or referral reward as a new customer.
You can’t withdraw your reward value for 30 days, even if you choose to sell it. After that 30-day window, there are no restrictions on trading or withdrawing the proceeds.
Once your crypto reward is available, we will send you a notification. In case you miss the notification, you can access your reward by going to History and track the status of your rewards.
If you have any questions or if you know there is a mistake with your referral link or your friend’s email address, contact us for help by emailing cryptoeusupport@robinhood.com. Unfortunately, we cannot credit any crypto referral reward to those who did not sign up using the referral link.
The Robinhood Crypto Sign-up and Referral Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Robinhood Crypto New Customer and Referral Rewards Program rewards promotion (the “Promotion”), which is operated by Robinhood Europe, UAB (collectively, “RHEC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Europe Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.
Eligibility: The Promotion is valid only for those RHEC customers who meet the following criteria: New customers of RHEC who have never previously had a RHEC account, apply for and are approved for a RHEC account, and trade at least €10 of crypto on the Platform (“New Customer”); or
Existing RHEC customers (the “Existing Customer”) who refer a new customer (the “Referred Customer”). Both the Existing Customer and Referred Customer are eligible to receive a reward once the Referred Customer uses the referral code to sign up for a RHEC account and trades at least €10 of crypto on the Platform during the promotion period.
Offer: This Promotion is a limited time offer, subject to availability and/or while supplies last.
During the Promotion, Robinhood Crypto will provide a certain amount of rewards in BTC to eligible Existing Customers and Referred Customers as follows: approximately 98% of eligible customers who satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria set forth above will receive between €10 and €20 of BTC, and approximately 0.001% of participants will receive between 0.5 and 1 BTC.
For the avoidance of doubt, a Referred Customer is not eligible to receive a separate reward as a New Customer.
Limitations: Reward recipients won’t be able to withdraw the reward value if they choose to sell it for 30 days after the date it is granted. Existing Customers may refer up to 300 Referred Customers. The reward may be delayed, declined, or rescinded in RHEC’s sole discretion if, for example, RHEC determines that there may be circumstances indicating fraud or a violation of these Terms or the Customer Agreement. RHEC reserves the right to change or restrict the offer terms, or terminate the offer, at any time without notice. This offer is valid even if other RHEC offers have already been accepted. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes. You represent that you have the necessary consent from your invitee to send them any text, email, or other form of communication relating to this offer.
The offer isn’t transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers, and is available to eligible RHEC customers. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with RHEC or a Robinhood affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any market maker aren’t eligible. Other restrictions may apply.

Crypto services are offered to eligible customers through an account with Robinhood Europe, UAB (company number 306377915), with its registered address at Mėsinių 5, LT-01133 Vilnius, Lithuania (“RHEC”). RHEC is registered according to the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Lithuania as a virtual currency exchange and virtual currency depository wallet operator. RHEC is supervised by the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. RHEC is registered under No. RDWW-1076 in the register of virtual currency activities, kept by the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Katowice, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act applicable in Poland. RHEC is also registered according to the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Italy in the special section of the register of bureaux de change (virtual currency and digital wallet services providers) kept by the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) under No. PSV153. RHEC is subject to requirements and obligations applicable in the Republic of Italy in accordance with the Legislative Decree No. 231/2007 as to the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and terrorist financing and, to this end, is supervised by the Finance Intelligence Unit (Unità di Informazione Finanziaria – UIF) of the Bank of Italy.
