USDC Rewards Terms and Conditions
To earn USDC rewards, you must hold USDC for at least 1 day during the offer period. If you hold USDC before the offer period begins, you will automatically start earning rewards when the offer period starts. You can buy USDC at any time during the offer period and hold them to earn more rewards.
You will only earn rewards on your USDC holdings.
Rewards accrue daily based on your end of day USDC balance, calculated at 23:59 CET. You can multiply your end of day USDC balance by your 15% annual reward rate.
Rewards accrue monthly and are paid out within 7 days of the following month. You can find details about your reward tier and daily accruals on the USDC details page in the app.
The offer period will end on 15 December 2024. Robinhood Crypto reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer, change the terms, eligibility criteria, and payouts for all offers at any time, for any reason.

The Robinhood Crypto USDC Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the USDC Rewards program (the “USDC Rewards Program”), which is operated by Robinhood Europe, UAB (“RHEC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Europe Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.
Eligibility; Offer Period: The USDC Rewards Program is available only to those eligible RHEC customers that RHEC contacts directly about the offer and who hold a USDC balance during the Offer Period (defined below). All eligible customers will be automatically opted into USDC Rewards. This is a limited time offer, subject to availability and/or while supplies last (“Offer Period”). RHEC reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer, change the terms, eligibility criteria, and payouts for all offers at any time, for any reason.
Offer; Rewards: During the Offer Period, RHEC will distribute rewards (“USDC Rewards”), earned for the days in which eligible customers have a USDC balance on RHEC, every month. USDC Rewards accrue daily and are calculated based on your end of day USDC balance multiplied by the annual 15% reward rate.
All reward amounts will be in USDC and will be distributed to your USDC balance within 7 days of the following month. If you withdraw your entire USDC balance before the end of a month, you will still receive the rewards you've earned.
Limitations: USDC Rewards may be used on RHEC’s platform right away. This offer is valid even if other RHEC offers have already been accepted. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers, and is available to eligible RHEC customers. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with RHEC or a Robinhood affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any market maker are not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
USDC Rewards are only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes. RHEC reserves the right to discontinue eligibility for USDC Rewards, or to cancel or rescind any reward relating to the USDC Rewards Program in the event that RHEC determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms in connection with the customer’s participation in the USDC Rewards Program. Employees of Robinhood Crypto’s affiliates may not be eligible. Other limitations may apply.
Taxes: Taxes related to this offer are solely your responsibility. Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of a crypto reward before enrolling.

Crypto services are offered for eligible EU customers through an account with Robinhood Europe, UAB (company number 306377915), with its registered address at Mėsinių 5, LT-01133 Vilnius, Lithuania (“RHEC”). RHEC is registered according to the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Lithuania as a virtual currency exchange and virtual currency depository wallet operator. RHEC is supervised by the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. RHEC is registered under No. RDWW-1076 in the register of virtual currency activities, kept by the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Katowice, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act applicable in Poland. RHEC is also registered according to the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Italy in the special section of the register of bureaux de change (virtual currency and digital wallet services providers) kept by the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) under No. PSV153. RHEC is subject to requirements and obligations applicable in the Republic of Italy in accordance with the Legislative Decree No. 231/2007 as to the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and terrorist financing and, to this end, is supervised by the Finance Intelligence Unit (Unità di Informazione Finanziaria – UIF) of the Bank of Italy.
