FAQ

Why can’t I trade crypto on Robinhood UK?

Robinhood UK app doesn’t support crypto trading.

You can only explore crypto prices and market data on the Robinhood UK platform.

Can I use funds from Robinhood to buy crypto on Bitstamp?

Not at the moment. Your Robinhood account and your Bitstamp account are separate, so the funds you hold in Robinhood aren’t available to use on Bitstamp. To access Bitstamp services, you need to sign into your Bitstamp account.

Why is there market data for crypto assets that I can’t trade on Bitstamp?

You’ll only find market data for coins listed on Robinhood. This data has been provided to give you a more complete view of current market activity. Not all coins listed on Robinhood are available on Bitstamp.

To view Bitstamp-specific data you’ll need to log into your Bitstamp account.

Why are prices and charts displayed differently in Lists vs on a Crypto Detail Page (CDP)?

Prices, percent changes, and charts shown in lists reflect the 1-day view to display the latest market activity. To comply with regulations, data on a CDP defaults to the 5-year view. To view the latest market data on a CDP, simply select the 1D timeframe on the chart.

Where can I find out more about Bitstamp's security measures?

You can learn more details on the Bitstamp website.
