Troubleshooting

Is your PDF file password protected?

If so, remove the password from your PDF and try again.

The file size limit is 10 MB. Reduce size by removing blank pages and compressing the PDF to the lowest size option available.

Is the file unreadable?

Try to download a new PDF.
