The Robinhood UK App Terms of Use apply to all types of content on Robinhood and govern what is and isn’t allowed on our platform, including customer support interactions. We’ve developed these App Terms of Use to help ensure Robinhood continues to be a safe and inclusive environment as we work to democratize finance for all.

You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws when interacting with our platform, and Robinhood is committed to ensuring that our platform is used responsibly and lawfully at all times.
Robinhood complies with all relevant U.K. regulations. Robinhood also complies with all relevant US Federal and State level regulations that govern financial institutions, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), and the PATRIOT Act that are enforced by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and other federal and state regulators.
We believe that the integrity and security of our platform is crucial to ensure our users have a safe and truthful experience on Robinhood.
We will take down works in response to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices and/or other intellectual property infringement claims. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent at: DMCA@robinhood.com. We may suspend or terminate a customer account if the customer repeatedly infringes upon third-party copyrights.

Private information of others: As a condition of our App Terms of Use, you cannot share information that is invasive of another individual’s privacy, such as a physical address, email address, phone number, or other contact information. Also, avoid sharing anything that includes your personal information or account information.

Our first priority is to maintain the safety of our customers. To that end, Robinhood maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to make determinations as to whether any activity violates our App Terms of Use. If we believe that you have engaged in any activity that violates our App Terms of Use, we may take a number of actions, based on the severity of the violations. These actions could include, but aren’t limited to: removing content, issuing warnings, limiting platform access, or removing customers from the Robinhood platform who take repeated or egregious actions against our App Terms of Use.
If we have taken corrective action against your account for violating our App Terms of Use and you disagree with our determination, you can submit an appeal by sending an email to appeals@robinhood.com. Robinhood’s App Terms of Use are written in alignment with our Terms and Conditions.
