Stock market closures
Our offices will be closed for the following days that the US stock market is closed. However, we will remain open on the National Day of Mourning on Jan 9, 2025.
When the US market is closed: You can’t trade equities or options on these days. Crypto trading is still available 24/7.
When US banks are closed: Bank transfers and settlements may be delayed and cash accounts won’t have access to instant deposits when banks are closed.

**Your bank may be open on Good Friday.
Generally the UK time is 5 hours ahead of Eastern Time (ET). However, between the 2nd Sunday in March and the last Sunday in March, it is 4 hours and between the last Sunday of October and the first Sunday in November.
Historically, when a President of the United States passes away, the federal government declares a National Day of Mourning (NDOM) to mourn their death. The NDOM is typically the day of their funeral, which may cause government, bank, and market closures.
For the NDOM on January 9, the US stock markets are closed and some US banks may also be closed.
While the stock and options markets are closed, you can’t trade stocks during the NDOM closure. However, any prior trades will still settle even when the markets are closed.
