You’re allowed to sell your reward stock after you claim it. Once you’ve sold the stock, you can use the proceeds toward other investments.

If you want to withdraw the proceeds, you must keep the cash value of the reward in your account for at least 30 days after claiming it. After that 30-day window, you can withdraw your reward proceeds with no restrictions.
