A new employee benefit designed to give eligible employees early access to the products we're building for our customers.
We're constantly looking for ways to expand access to financial opportunity. It's a principle that's shaped the products we build, and now it's shaping a new employee benefit.
We’ve recently introduced the Robinhood Employee Fund, giving eligible U.S. employees the opportunity to gain exposure to Robinhood Ventures (RHV) funds, starting with Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII), which recently IPO’d on the NYSE. It's an opportunity to participate in the same innovation we're helping bring to customers every day. And already, employee enrollment has exceeded expectations. This offers:
Exposure to RHV funds
Ground floor skin in the game on what’s being built
Management and performance fees covered by Robinhood*
*Note that the Robinhood Employee Fund will have to pay the management fees and expenses of the underlying RHV funds which it holds, just like any other fund shareholder.
We build products we believe in and are proud to use ourselves. As we expand access to private markets for customers, we’ve created a way for eligible employees to participate and share in what they’ve helped build.
The Robinhood Employee Fund is an optional benefit for eligible U.S. based employees.
Participants invest their own, post-tax capital in a dedicated private employee fund that provides exposure to multiple Robinhood Ventures funds over time, beginning with RVII.
The Robinhood Employee Fund is designed to be more than a one-time opportunity. The fund has allocated a portion of its portfolio to RVII and expects to invest in additional RHV funds if and as they launch.
It's another example of how we're investing in our people, not just through meaningful work, but by creating opportunities to share in what we're building together.
