AI isn’t replacing early talent at Robinhood, it’s amplifying their impact.
Robinhood was built by people early in their careers. Our founders started this company as students at Stanford, and from day one we've trusted ambitious people with fresh ideas to build meaningful products.
That ethos lives on.
Our interns and new graduates own high-impact work, ship state-of-the-art products, and help shape the future of finance alongside experienced teammates. We believe the next generation of builders is one of our biggest advantages.
If you're looking for an opportunity to build, there's never been a better time to join us.
We want the next generation building for the next generation, so we offer a best-in-class intern program.
12- or 16-week summer programs

"As a backend intern, I was welcomed onto the team with the expectation that I would deliver on high-impact projects and was never really treated as any less capable than any of the other members on the team. I was given the opportunity to really go above and beyond and build cool things with amazing mentors and teammates to lean on if I ever got stuck. All in all, I'm really grateful that I have been able to learn so much and meet so many amazing people during my internship!”
“The internship at Robinhood is extremely rewarding and impactful. I was able to work on one of the company’s most important and prominent projects, and thus working with the best group of engineers! The friendship I was able to build along the way was tremendous! Building an important project with a very tight timeline makes me think a lot about product design, which I believe would make me go a long way into the future as a product engineer.”
“From the get-go, I was placed on high-impact projects through which my mentor and other engineers were always eager to help me along every step of the way. The work culture here is never afraid to let people tackle massive challenges and go above and beyond, and the people here always view challenges as opportunities for growth rather than reason for doubt or scrutiny. Robinhood absolutely puts learning first and above all for its interns, and I’m incredibly grateful for that as I’ve learned so much in just one summer!”

The culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing at Robinhood significantly enhanced my learning experience as an Android Engineer, making it a rewarding opportunity for professional development.”
“My internship at Robinhood was an amazing experience, where I had the opportunity to build my own project from design to adoption, work alongside incredible engineers, and deepen my knowledge of the fintech industry. The fast-paced, innovative, yet supportive culture at Robinhood helped me develop an ownership mindset and the confidence to ship high-impact code. I believe the 12 weeks had been a significantly rewarding experience in my early career, pushing me to grow both technically and professionally.”
