Canceling your Robinhood Gold Credit Card

If you want to cancel your Robinhood Gold Card, you can do so without canceling your Gold subscription.

First, you’ll need to contact Robinhood Credit support in the Robinhood Credit Card app by going to Menu (3 bars) → Help → Contact Support.

Once your Robinhood Gold Credit Card has been canceled, if you want to cancel your Gold subscription, you can do so in the Robinhood app, by going to Profile → Menu (3 bars) → Robinhood Gold → Cancel membership.

Note

You’ll only be able to cancel your Gold subscription once your Robinhood Gold Credit Card account has been closed. You won’t be able to cancel your Gold subscription if you still have an active credit account since a Robinhood Gold subscription is required for the Gold Card.

Keep in mind, you can choose to only cancel your Robinhood Gold Credit Card and keep your Robinhood Gold membership. Once your Gold Card account is closed, your auto-renewal will be canceled on the Gold Card and your next Gold subscription fee will be charged to your individual investing account.

Note

All credit account closures are irreversible and final.
