Sign in with a new device
To keep your account secure, you need to verify your identity when you sign in to Robinhood on a new computer or device. This is to make sure it’s you, and not an attacker, trying to access your account.
When you log in to Robinhood from a new device, we'll ask you to confirm your identity through one of the trusted devices you already use with your Robinhood account.
A trusted device is a mobile phone, tablet, or computer that you’ve previously used to securely sign in to your Robinhood account.
If you don’t have access to a trusted device, you can select I don't have access to these devices, and we'll ask you to verify your identity with other information.
If you don't recognize the sign-in attempt, select It wasn't me to protect your account.
If you don't have a trusted device, you can select I don't have access to any of these devices. We'll then ask you for other information to verify your identity. If you're still having trouble, contact support.
Yes. To remove a device, go to Account → Security and privacy → Devices. From there, you can view and remove trusted devices.
If you get a notification for a sign-in attempt you don't recognize, select It wasn't me. This will block the attempt and help us keep your account secure. We also recommend changing your password.
