What happens after I request a phone call?

We’ll send you a notification when you’re next in line for your call. We’ll also provide the phone number we’re calling from, so you know it’s us. The caller ID will show Robinhood Support and/or our +44 808 196 6880 or 0808 196 6880 phone number.

Can I see my past support chats?

Yes, you can view your support chat history in the app or on the web.
