Viewing stock details

You can use the detail page to make informed decisions about your investments, track your returns, and more.

The chart

You can use the chart to track an asset’s value over time, ranging from 1 day up to 5 year time intervals. Simply select the different increments to view the various timelines, or select and hold a specific point in the chart for the price on that day and time.

Position

If you have an open position in a security, the following information is shown about your returns, equity, and portfolio diversity.

  • Shares: The number of shares you own
  • Market value: The market value of your shares
  • Average cost: The average amount you’ve paid for your shares
  • Portfolio diversity: The percentage of your portfolio invested in the asset
  • Today's return: The amount of money you’ve made or lost on the security on that trading day
  • Total return: The amount of money you’ve made or lost since you opened the position if sold at the current market price

About

You can check out a brief description of the company or fund in this section.

Statistics

This section shows the following information about a stock you may want to buy or sell.

  • Market cap: The value of the market cap
  • Price earnings ratio (P/E ratio): The stock’s price-per-share to earnings-per-share ratio
  • Dividend yield (Div/yield): The stock’s fiscal dividend yield, which is a financial ratio of the cash dividends paid out to shareholders relative to the market value per share
  • Average volume: The average number of shares traded on all exchanges based on the last 10 or 30 trading days, which can vary between the web and app
  • High today: The stock’s highest value during the day’s trading session
  • Low today: The stock’s lowest value during the day’s trading session
  • Open price: The value of the stock at market open
  • Volume: The number shares traded on Nasdaq during the day’s trading session
  • 52-Week high: The stock’s highest value in the last 52 weeks
  • 52-Week low: The stock’s lowest value in the last 52 weeks
