Only deposits made into an individual brokerage account or an individual account managed by Robinhood Strategies through an automated clearing house (ACH) bank transfer, an instant bank transfer (real-time payments or RTP), a wire transfer, a debit card transfer, or a non-originated account (NOA) transfer are eligible as sweepstake entries. Keep in mind that Robinhood Crypto and ACATS transfers are not eligible.
You must be a Robinhood Gold member and keep all eligible deposits in your Robinhood account throughout the sweepstakes.
Yes, if you’re a Robinhood Gold member, you can view your eligible entries by selecting Gold (top right) on your account’s Investing page. You cannot confirm mail-in entries.
If you don’t want to participate, contact us to opt out. Keep in mind, the app will still show entries for you but if you opt out, you won't be included in the drawing.

Robinhood Gold Month Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and have a driver’s license or other state identification to confirm their identity. Entrants are not required to be Robinhood account holders to participate; however entrants who are Robinhood account holders must have a valid W9 tax certification on file with Sponsor. Employees of Robinhood Gold, LLC (”Sponsor”), Merkle Inc. (“Administrator”), and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, including a confidential background check of those selected potential winners, which will include a review for evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if a potential winner is included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.
The Sweepstakes begins on March 7, 2025 at 10 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
Entry Method for Robinhood Gold Members: Entrants must complete the following steps to earn entries.
Mail-In Entry Method: To enter without enrolling in Robinhood Gold or making a deposit, print your name, address, phone number, email address (if you have a Robinhood Account, include the email address associated with it), and date of birth on a piece of paper, and then mail it in an envelope with the proper postage to: Robinhood Gold Month Sweepstakes, c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5964, Department 866178, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5964, You will receive 3,000 entries into the Sweepstakes for each mail in request that is timely received. Limit: Up to 334 mail-in requests may be posted during the Promotion Period. All mail-in entries must be sent by March 31, 2025 and received by April 7 2025. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Entrants who have an Account must have a valid W9 tax certification on file no later than March 31, 2025 to receive a prize. Mail-in entrants without an Account must be able to provide a valid W9 tax certification if they are selected as a winner.
You may receive a maximum of 1,002,000 entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.
Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around April 14, 2025. Sponsor will conduct a confidential background check and will disqualify any selected winners where it finds evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if they are included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The results of the background check will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining the winner's eligibility to receive a prize. Administrator will notify all potential winners by email with prize claim instructions. Each potential winner of a First Prize may be required to provide their current home mailing address (P.O. Boxes may not be permitted)as well as a driver’s license or state identification number to confirm their eligibility within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a prize acceptance document and an IRS Form W-9 within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to confirm eligibility and claim the Grand Prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize or prizes will not be awarded.
Quantity, Description, and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes as of February 26, 2025 is $387,333. Gold is a commodity with fluctuating values. The value of these prizes at the time of prize fulfillment will vary from the values stated here.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Additional Prize Terms: Sponsor makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the value of the gold bar prizes at the time when they are purchased and shipped to each winner, or their future value. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value to the ARV provided in these Rules will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The Grand Prize winner and all prize winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 where required by rules and regulations, reporting the value of the prize they received based on the actual cost of the prize. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated in these Rules and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other details about the prize, including design and purity rating, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after winner confirmation/conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Limit of 1 prize per household.
By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
