Getting Paid

Submit invoices directly through Coupa for a smooth payment process!

How do I get paid?

Your quick guide on submitting invoices
  1. Ensure that your PO has sufficient funds. Invoices cannot exceed the PO amount, since Robinhood has a “No PO, No Pay” policy. If your PO is running low on funds, do request a PO change and add more funds.
  1. Submit your invoice through the Coupa Supplier Portal (and not via email!)
  1. Confirm that the invoice status is “Pending Approval”.
  1. Once the PO and invoice have been approved, you will be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
