Robinhood Agentic Trading is a new type of brokerage product that allows customers to connect a third-party AI agent to a dedicated Robinhood account to automate investment decisions and order placement. This product operates differently from traditional investing—trades may be executed by an AI agent without your direct input on each transaction.

Agentic trading involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. AI-driven strategies may perform poorly under certain market conditions, move quickly, and be difficult to monitor or stop in real time. This product may not be appropriate for all investors.

AI agents can make errors, misinterpret instructions, act on incomplete or outdated information, and may behave in unexpected ways. Robinhood does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any agent output and is not responsible for losses resulting from agent-generated decisions. Customers are responsible for reviewing account activity, monitoring positions, and ensuring the agent is operating as intended.

By creating an Agentic Account, you authorize third-party AI agents to view your account data and execute trades on your behalf. Robinhood does not control, supervise, monitor, recommend, or audit these AI agents. Once your data is shared with an AI provider of your choice, it leaves Robinhood’s security environment and is governed by that provider’s terms, not ours.

You assume all risk for orders placed by your AI agent for execution and for any use of your data by third-party AI providers. Brokerage services are offered through Robinhood Financial LLC (“RHF”), a registered broker-dealer and member SIPC, and clearing services through Robinhood Securities, LLC (“RHS”), a registered broker-dealer and member SIPC.
