This internship is different. The work you build here actually ships.
While some companies are replacing early talent with AI, we’re making Robinhood the place to start and grow your career with AI at the center. We believe the next generation plays an important role in our mission to democratize finance for all.

Beyond your day-to-day, you’ll also be part of a broader intern community. Social events, speaker sessions, and peer groups create space to connect, learn, and build relationships.A Robinhood internship is an opportunity to build real skills, meaningful connections, and momentum for your future.
We’re not expecting years of experience, but we are looking for strong candidates who are excited to learn and motivated to make an impact. What we’ll screen for:
Ownership. We want to see that you've driven something impactful and that you cared about the outcome. That could come from a class project, a prior internship, open-source work, or anything in between. What matters is that you took initiative and saw it through.
Clear communication. Not just the ability to explain things well, but to listen first, think critically, and get to the point. Especially when the problem is complex -- that's when clear thinking shows up most.
Strong fundamentals in your field. Whatever track you're on, we want to see that you've built a real foundation. We want to see that you have an understanding of the core concepts that matter for the work, not just surface level familiarity. We're looking for candidates who can apply what they know, not just recite it.
A growth mindset. Self-awareness, adaptability, and a genuine openness to acting on feedback you receive. We're not looking for people who have it all figured out. We're looking for people who are hungry to learn and honest about where they can grow.
We offer a wide range of internships across technical and business teams, giving students the chance to explore different paths and build relevant, real-world experience.
