The Robinhood Crypto Sign-up and Referral Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Robinhood Crypto New Customer and Referral Rewards Program rewards promotion (the “Promotion”), which is operated by Robinhood Crypto, LLC (collectively, “RHC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.

Eligibility: The Promotion is valid only for those Robinhood Crypto customers that (1) Robinhood Crypto contacts directly about the offer during the Offer Period (defined below), and (2) who meet the following criteria:

• New customers of RHC who have never previously had a RHC account and apply for and are approved for a RHC account using a valid referral code from an Existing Customer (an “Eligible New Customer”); or
• Existing RHC customers who successfully refer an Eligible New Customer (an “Eligible Referrers”). Eligible Referrers who are already customers in good standing of RHC will become eligible when they share their RHC-provided referral code with a personal friend who is an Eligible New Customer.

Anyone who doesn't meet the conditions in this paragraph isn't eligible for this Offer. RHC may decline requests to enroll in the offer without notice and at its sole discretion.

Offer: The Promotion is valid only for the period 12 AM ET on November 15, 2024 to 11:59 PM ET on November 22, 2024 (“Offer Period”); however, RHC may change these dates at any time without notice. During the Promotion, RHC will provide a reward of $60 worth of BTC to the Eligible Referrer for each successful referral. Referees will receive a reward of $20 worth of BTC upon account approval.

Limitations: Rewards will only be credited if the Eligible New Customer’s RHC account is approved within the Offer Period. Reward recipients must hold the reward in their RHC account for 30 days after the date it is granted. Eligible Referrers may refer up to 5 New Customers. The reward may be delayed, declined, or rescinded in RHC’s sole discretion if, for example, RHC determines that there may be circumstances indicating fraud or a violation of these Terms or the Customer Agreement. RHC reserves the right to change or restrict the offer terms, or terminate the offer, at any time without notice. This offer is valid even if other RHC offers have already been accepted. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes. You represent that you have the necessary consent from your invitee to send them any text, email, or other form of communication relating to this offer.

The offer isn’t transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers, and is available to US residents. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with RHC or a Robinhood affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any market maker aren’t eligible.
