Crypto Trading Sweepstakes

Enter for a chance to win a share of $700,000 in crypto prizes.

What is the Robinhood Crypto Trading Sweepstakes?

From October 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET through November 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, eligible Robinhood Crypto customers can trade SUI, GRAM, HBAR, ONDO, XPL, INJ, or CHIP for a chance to win a share of $700,000 in crypto prizes. There is 1 grand prize winner and 6,000 secondary prize winners, 6,001 winners in total. Prizes are paid out as a basket of the crypto assets included in the sweepstakes.

How do I enter the Crypto Trading Sweepstakes?

There are 2 ways to enter:

1. Opt in and trade (eligible Robinhood Crypto customers)

  • Opt in once in the Robinhood app by finding the sweepstakes card and tapping “Opt in and trade.” On desktop, scan the QR code with your phone to reach the opt-in screen. One opt-in covers the full Promotion Period.
  • Buy or sell any of the 7 eligible assets: SUI, GRAM, HBAR, ONDO, XPL, INJ, or CHIP. A trade (buy or sell, in any dollar amount) earns 1 entry once it has completed and settled in your account.
  • Each eligible trade earns 1 entry. Trades in a spotlight asset earn 2x entries.
  • You can earn up to 6 entries per week, and up to 24 entries over the Promotion Period. A 2x trade counts as 2 of your 6 weekly entries. Your weekly limit resets every Monday at 12 PM ET.
  • Entries start only after you opt in. Trades you made before opting in don’t earn entries.
  • You can see your entries on the sweepstakes dashboard in the app.

2. Mail-in entry (no purchase necessary)

To enter without making a trade, print your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper. If you have a Robinhood account, include the email address associated with it. Then mail it in an envelope with the proper postage to:

Robinhood Crypto Trading Sweepstakes, c/o Merkle Inc.,
P.O. Box 5004, Dept 870287
Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5004

You will receive 2 entries for each separately mailed envelope that is timely received. Limit: 1 mail-in request per envelope, and up to 12 separate envelopes during the Promotion Period. All mail-in requests must be sent by November 23, 2026 and received by November 30, 2026. Mail-in entries count toward the same 24-entry maximum as trade entries.

What are the eligible assets?

SUI, GRAM, HBAR, ONDO, XPL, INJ, and CHIP. Trading any of these assets on Robinhood Crypto can earn entries. Including an asset in these sweepstakes is not a recommendation or endorsement of that asset.

What are spotlight assets and 2x entries?

Each week, 1 or 2 of the 7 eligible assets are spotlighted. Eligible trades in a spotlighted asset earn 2x entries. Every eligible asset gets exactly 1 week as a spotlight asset. Check the Robinhood app to see which assets are spotlighted this week.

What are the entry requirements?

To enter, you must:

  • Be a legal resident of the 50 United States (excluding New York) or the District of Columbia
  • Be 18 years or older
  • If you have any Robinhood account, have a valid W-9 tax certification on file with Robinhood

To enter by trading, you must also have an active Robinhood Crypto account and opt in.

You are not eligible if you:

  • Live in New York
  • Are under 18
  • Are a non-US customer (for example, a nonresident alien, or a W-8 certification that has expired)
  • Have no valid tax certification on file
  • Have a backup withholding (B-notice) restriction on your account
  • Have an account that is restricted or appears on a sanctions list

What are the prizes?

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): $100,000 in crypto, fulfilled as approximately equal parts of each of the 7 eligible assets and deposited into the winner’s Robinhood Crypto account.
  • Secondary Prizes (6,000 winners): $100 each in crypto, fulfilled as approximately equal parts of each of the 7 eligible assets and deposited into each winner’s Robinhood Crypto account. Limit of 1 prize per person.

How are winners chosen?

After the sweepstakes ends, our sweepstakes administrator, Merkle, will run a random drawing. Merkle combines all entries, including mail-in and electronic entries, into one drawing. The drawing is scheduled to occur on or around December 7, 2026.

How will I receive my prize?

You don’t need to claim anything if you entered by trading. After winners are verified, prizes are credited directly to winners’ Robinhood Crypto accounts. The amount of each token is calculated using the asset pricing at the time the prize is delivered.

If you entered by mail: Merkle will contact you by email if you win. This includes customers who have a Robinhood account but no Robinhood Crypto account. You need a Robinhood Crypto account to receive your prize, and Merkle will tell you how to create one. You have 3 days to create the account, or the prize is forfeited. Robinhood doesn’t contact mail-in winners directly.

Winners may receive tax forms where required. Robinhood doesn’t provide tax advice. Please ask a tax professional about any tax questions.

Can I check my entries?

Yes. After you opt in, you can see your entries on the sweepstakes dashboard in the Robinhood app.

When will I be notified?

After the drawing occurs on or around December 7, 2026, the grand prize winner will be notified by email. Secondary prize winners will be notified by email, push notification, and an in-app card. Mail-in winners will be contacted by Merkle via email. If you don’t hear from us after the drawing, you weren’t selected this time.

The Crypto Trading Sweepstakes does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any crypto asset. This isn’t an offer or solicitation to purchase or sell a financial instrument, including but not limited to a security, futures contract, commodity, option, swap, digital asset, or other cash or spot instrument available either over-the-counter or by any other means of execution. Rewards are provided by the applicable asset issuers, not Robinhood.

Agreement to the Official Rules

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in these Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read these official rules, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any of these official rules, do not participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, including a confidential background check of those selected potential winners, which will include a review for evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if a potential winner is included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.

Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on October 26, 2026 at 9 AM PT and ends on November 22, 2026 at 8:59:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

Entry methods

Entry Method for Robinhood Crypto Account Holders: Entrants must complete the following steps to earn entries.

  1. An entrant must have an active Robinhood Crypto Account (“Account”). Account is subject to Robinhood Financial LLC and Robinhood Securities, LLC Terms and Conditions, Robinhood Crypto Customer Agreement and Robinhood’s Financial Entity Privacy Policy. Entrants who have any Robinhood account must have a valid W9 tax certification on file with Sponsor no later than the end of the Promotion Period (November 22, 2026) to be eligible to claim a prize.
  2. Opt-in to the promotion by locating the in-app card advertising this Sweepstakes and clicking the “opt-in and trade” button. For desktop, entrant may scan the QR code on screen with a smart device to go to the in-app opt-in module.
  3. Once opted-in, entrant will earn 1 entry by completing a trade (purchase or sale) of any dollar amount of any of the following cryptocurrency assets: SUI, GRAM, HBAR, ONDO, XPL, INJ, CHIP on the Robinhood Crypto platform during the Promotion Period (herein a “Qualifying Trade”). A Qualifying Trade is not complete until it is settled within the entrant’s Account.
  4. If entrant completes a Qualifying Trade of one of the featured crypto assets for the applicable week (as set forth in-app), entrant will receive 2 entries.

Entry Limit: Entrants can earn up to 6 entries per Week and up to 24 entries during the entire Promotion Period.

Mail-In Entry Method: To enter without having any Robinhood account, or making a Qualifying Trade, print your name, address, phone number, email address (if you have a Robinhood Account, include the email address associated with it), and date of birth on a piece of paper, and then mail it in an envelope with the proper postage to: Robinhood Crypto Trading Sweepstakes, c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5004, Department 870287, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5004. You will receive 2 entries into the Sweepstakes for each separately mailed envelope that is timely received. Limit: 1 mail-in request per envelope; up to 12 separate envelopes may be posted during the Promotion Period. All mail-in requests must be sent by November 23, 2026 and received by November 30, 2026. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Entrants who have any Robinhood account must have a valid W9 tax certification on file no later than November 23, 2026 to receive a prize.

Entry Limits

You may receive a maximum of 24 entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.

Prize Drawing

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around December 7, 2026. Sponsor will conduct a confidential background check and will disqualify any selected winners where it finds evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if they are included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The results of the background check will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining the winner’s eligibility to receive a prize.

Starting on or around December 15, 2026:

  • Administrator will notify the potential Grand Prize winner. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a prize acceptance document and an IRS Form W-9 within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to confirm eligibility and claim the Grand Prize.
  • Sponsor will notify First Prize winners who have an Account and award prizes by depositing them directly into their Account.
  • Administrator will notify the potential First Prize winners who entered by mail and do not have an Account. Each such potential winner of a First Prize will be required to create a Robinhood Crypto Account including submitting a W9 tax certification within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize.

If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize or prizes will not be awarded.

Prizes

Quantity, Description, and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

  • 1 Grand Prize: $100,000 fulfilled as approximately equal parts of each of the 7 featured crypto assets, deposited into winner’s Account. Approximate retail value at the time of the deposit will be $100,000.00
  • 6,000 First Prizes: Each winner will receive $100 fulfilled as approximately equal parts of each of the 7 featured crypto assets deposited into each winner’s Account. The approximate retail value at the time of deposit will be $100.00.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $700,000.00.

The value of crypto assets is subject to change, and therefore there is a substantial risk that it could lose value (possibly all value) as a result of buying, selling, or holding the prize or as a result of market developments, legal and regulatory developments, or other factors affecting the cryptocurrency industry. Sponsor makes no guarantees, representations or warranties regarding the value of the prizes immediately after they are deposited into each winner’s Crypto Account, or its future value.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Additional Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value to the ARV provided in these Rules will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The Grand Prize winner and all prize winners who have a Robinhood Account may receive an IRS Form 1099 where required by rules and regulations, reporting the value of the prize they received based on the actual cost of the prize. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated in these Rules and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other details about the prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after all winners have been confirmed. Limit of 1 prize per person.

Release

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information either caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or provided by entrants;
  • Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry process;
  • Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries;
  • Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail, delayed or misdirected entries, or failure to receive entries due to limitation of third-party social network platforms;
  • Entries that are erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed or corrupted. In this case, entrant’s sole remedy is to take the required actions to receive another entry(s) in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible; or
  • Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

  • Sponsor and entrants agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms prior to any demand for adjudication of any kind and to notify each other in writing of any such dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of when it arises. Notice to Sponsor shall be sent to support@robinhood.com. Sponsor and entrants further agree that if they cannot solve such dispute informally, any such dispute shall be finally settled in binding arbitration, on an individual basis, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and Sponsor and entrants hereby expressly waive trial by jury and right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. The arbitration will occur, at my election, in the county of entrant’s domicile or in San Francisco, California and will be conducted confidentially by a single, neutral arbitrator. Entrants agree to bear their attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, provided that Sponsor agrees to pay the cost of the arbitration if entrants are the prevailing party in the arbitration. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, including attorneys’ fees when authorized by law, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. Any dispute between the parties will be governed by this Agreement and the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Sponsor and entrants retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, and patents. In the event the prohibition on class arbitration or any other provision of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then entrants agree and understand that the remaining portions of the arbitration provisions in this section will remain in full force and effect.
  • Any appeals of an arbitration award and over any suit between the parties not subject to arbitration shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in San Francisco County, California except that that such disputes, claims, and causes of actions that concern an Account shall be resolved pursuant to the pre-dispute arbitration clause in the RHF-RHS Customer Account Agreement;
  • Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
  • Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
  • All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Severability

If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then:

  • The validity, legality, and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances and the other provisions of these Official Rules shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and
  • Such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.

Entrant’s Personal Information
