HOOD Month Sweepstakes
You can enter the sweepstakes in the following 2 ways for a chance to win a gold bar:
Only deposits made into an individual, self-directed brokerage account through an automated clearing house (ACH) bank transfer, an instant bank transfer (real-time payments or RTP), a wire transfer, a debit card transfer, or a non-originated account (NOA) transfer, are eligible as sweepstake entries. Keep in mind that Robinhood Crypto and ACATS transfers are not eligible.
You must be a Robinhood Gold member and keep eligible deposits in your Robinhood account throughout the sweepstakes. Withdrawals from your Robinhood account during the sweepstakes period will decrease your entries. If you unsubscribe from Robinhood Gold, it’ll remove all your sweepstake entries earned from deposits and resubscribing won’t restore the lost entries.
Yes, if you’re a Robinhood Gold member, you can view your eligible entries by selecting Gold (top right) on your account’s Investing page. You cannot confirm mail-in entries.
If you don’t want to participate, you can simply not claim the reward.
If you’re a winner, you’ll be notified via the email associated with your account or entry on or around October 17, 2025.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Sponsor and entrants further agree that if they cannot solve such dispute informally, any such dispute shall be finally settled in binding arbitration, on an individual basis, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and Sponsor and entrants hereby expressly waive trial by jury and right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. The arbitration will occur, at my election, in the county of entrant’s domicile or in San Francisco, California and will be conducted confidentially by a single, neutral arbitrator. Entrants agree to bear their attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, provided that Sponsor agrees to pay the cost of the arbitration if entrants are the prevailing party in the arbitration. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, including attorneys’ fees when authorized by law, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. Any dispute between the parties will be governed by this Agreement and the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Sponsor and entrants retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, and patents. In the event the prohibition on class arbitration or any other provision of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then entrants agree and understand that the remaining portions of the arbitration provisions in this section will remain in full force and effect.
Any appeals of an arbitration award and over any suit between the parties not subject to arbitration shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in San Francisco County, California except that that such disputes, claims, and causes of actions that concern an Account shall be resolved pursuant to the pre-dispute arbitration clause in the RHF-RHS Customer Account Agreement;
Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then:
In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
