Keep in mind the following eligibility requirements:

• US only: You and your invited friends must be US residents to be eligible.
• Eligible referrers only: To earn a reward, you must have a Robinhood brokerage account in good standing, have an active Robinhood Derivatives account, and have placed at least 1 prediction markets trade.
• Only successful referrals: Your invitee must successfully open a net-new Robinhood Derivatives account and complete the Prediction Markets learning experience.
• Maximum reward amount: You can receive rewards for up to 10 successful referrals. After you have successfully referred 10 friends, you cannot receive additional referrer rewards for this offer (your friends can still earn their sign‑up rewards).
• Referee rewards: Each eligible invitee (referee) can claim the Prediction Markets sign‑up reward only one time. Invitees can also claim the stock reward after they link their bank or debit card.

This offer is specific to Prediction Markets:

Rewards typically show after your invitee completes all required steps. Processing times may vary. If additional review is needed (for example, to verify eligibility), fulfillment may be delayed.

• Referrer limit: Rewards paid for a maximum of 10 successful referrals per referrer under this offer.
• Referee (invitee) limit: Each invitee can only earn 1 sign‑up reward, the referrer reaching their limit will not affect the invitee’s eligibility to claim their reward, and invitees may also claim the stock reward when they link their bank or debit card, subject to that program’s terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Prediction Markets Referral Incentive (“Offer”) offered by Robinhood Derivatives, LLC (“RHD” or “Robinhood”). By participating, you agree to these Terms (as amended from time to time), the Robinhood Customer Agreement, Robinhood Derivatives Client Agreement, and any applicable disclosures.

Definitions

• Invitee means an individual who receives the Referrer’s unique referral link and who is eligible to open an RHD account.
• Net-new RHD Account means an RHD Account that the Invitee has not previously opened, held, or had approved, as determined by Robinhood in its sole discretion.
• Referrer means an eligible Robinhood customer who shares their unique referral link for this Offer.
• RHD Account means an active Robinhood Derivatives, LLC account that is approved for trading event contracts (and any other eligibility Robinhood requires).
• RHD Account means a Robinhood Derivatives, LLC account that is approved and active (not restricted, suspended, or closed).
• Prediction Markets Learning Experience means the in-app educational module(s) designated by Robinhood for this Offer, completed when the Invitee finishes all required steps and receives an in-app completion confirmation.
• Successful Referral means an Invitee who (a) uses the Referrer’s unique referral link, (b) opens a Net-new RHD Account, and (c) completes the Prediction Markets Learning experience within the permitted time frame.

Eligibility

• US residents only: Participants must be Robinhood customers in good standing.
• Referrers must have an active RHD Account before rewards can be earned as a Referrer.
• Invitees must open a Net‑new RHD account and complete the Prediction markets learning experience to count as a successful referral.

Offer

• For each Successful Referral (as defined in Eligibility), the Referrer and the Invitee will be eligible to claim a cash reward as shown in‑app on the promotional screen. Reward amounts, forms, and availability may vary and are disclosed in‑app. Rewards will be deposited into the Referrer and Invitee’s Robinhood Financial LLC brokerage account.
• Invitees may also be eligible to claim a separate stock reward upon linking their bank or debit card under the Robinhood Financial referral program, subject to that program’s terms.
• Rewards, if earned, will generally be made available to claim within a reasonable time after a Successful Referral is completed, but may be delayed for verification, compliance reviews, operational reasons, or suspected fraud.

Limitations

• Referrer rewards are limited to a maximum of 10 successful referrals per Referrer under this Offer.
• Rewards must be claimed within the timeframe shown in‑app; unclaimed rewards will expire after the displayed expiration date.
• Robinhood may delay, decline, or rescind rewards, or restrict participation, in its sole discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, ineligibility, violation of these Terms or other agreements, misuse of brand assets, or other improper conduct).
• Rewards are non‑transferable, not for sale, and not valid with certain other offers. This Offer is intended for personal use, not commercial distribution.
• You represent that you have the necessary consent from your Invitee to send them any text or email relating to this offer. By participating, you agree not to text your referral link to any contacts in Washington state without consent.

Program changes

Robinhood may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. The in‑app promotional screen and these Terms (as updated) govern.

Taxes

Taxes related to this Offer are your responsibility. Where required, the value of rewards may be reported on applicable 1099 forms. Consult a tax advisor.
