How do I submit a spending account dispute?

There are 4 ways you can let us know you’d like to dispute a transaction with your Robinhood spending account or Robinhood Cash Card.

IMPORTANT

The following is only for disputes involving transactions made on a Robinhood spending account, including those made with the Robinhood Cash Card. Review Robinhood Gold Credit Card Disputes for details about reporting issues with that card.

For transactions made with the Robinhood Cash Card:

Path 1

  1. In your Robinhood app, go to Spending → Recent history
  2. Select the transaction you’d like to dispute
  3. Scroll down and select Dispute transaction
  4. Select the appropriate dispute reason
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your dispute

For all transactions, including those made with the Robinhood Cash Card:

  1. In the Robinhood app, select Account (person icon)
  2. Select Menu (3 bars)
  3. Robinhood Support → Contact Support
  4. This opens ability to Chat
