The Robinhood Crypto December Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Robinhood December Promotion (the “Promotion”), which is operated by Robinhood Crypto, LLC (collectively, “RHC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.
Eligibility: The Promotion is valid only for those RHC customers that (1) RHC contacts directly about the offer, (2) and who make a crypto trade of at least $20 (excluding USDC) or more during the period beginning 12 AM ET on December 17, 2024 to 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (the “Offer Period”). This offer isn’t available to the general public. RHC may decline requests to enroll in the offer without notice and at its sole discretion.
Offer: This is a limited time offer that is only available during the Offer Period, subject to availability and/or while supplies last. ; RHC may change the Offer Period dates at any time without notice. During the Promotion, RHC will provide a reward of $20 worth of BTC to the customer who satisfies the eligibility requirements set forth above .
Limitations: This promotion doesn’t apply to trading of USDC. Limit one reward per customer. The reward must be explicitly claimed by the eligible customer. If the reward isn’t claimed within 30 days of the date it was received, the reward will expire. The reward may be delayed, declined, or rescinded in RHC’s sole discretion if, for example, RHC determines that there may be circumstances indicating fraud or a violation of these Terms or the Customer Agreement. RHC reserves the right to change or restrict the offer terms, or terminate the offer, at any time without notice. This offer is valid even if other RHC offers have already been accepted. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes. You represent that you have the necessary consent from your invitee to send them any text, email, or other form of communication relating to this offer.
The offer isn’t transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers, and is available to US residents. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with RHC or a Robinhood affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any market maker aren’t eligible. Other restrictions may apply. Taxes: Taxes related to this offer are solely your responsibility. For taxable accounts, the value of all Robinhood offers received may be reported as "Other Income" on a Form 1099-MISC where required by applicable rules and regulations.
