Free online entry. Qualified US residents as described in the Official Rules (below) can enter with no purchase necessary by completing the form on the No Purchase Necessary Promotion Site.
To confirm that you’re entered, visit Settings within the app and choose Robinhood Gold. You will see a card under Exclusive Offer indicating whether you have entered. However, participants with no-purchase online entries cannot view theirs.
If you're a winner, you'll get an email from Merkle via the email address associated with your account (or associated with your no-purchase online entry) starting on or around September 23, 2026. Merkle will send you instructions on how to claim your prize. Winners will have 3 business days from the notification sent date to claim their prize. Note that receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with the Official Rules (below). If potential winners are disqualified or don't respond to Merkle's communications, they will award the prize through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entrants.

Robinhood Gold Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. If an entrant has a Robinhood brokerage account, they must also meet the following additional requirements (herein “Eligible Robinhood Account”):

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read these official rules, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any of these official rules, do not participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sweepstakes will open on September 8, 2026 at 12:00 pm ET and will end on September 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

You can receive 1 entry into Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, Accounts, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.
Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around September 22, 2026. Its decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Sponsor will conduct a confidential background check and will disqualify any selected potential winners where it finds evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if they are included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The results of the background check will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining the winner's eligibility to receive a prize. Both Sponsor and Prize Administrator will notify all potential winners by email, starting on or around September 23, 2026; Prize Administrator’s email will include prize claim instructions. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a prize acceptance document and an IRS Form W-9 within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to confirm eligibility and claim the Grand Prize. The potential first Prize winners will be required to provide their current home mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) to confirm their eligibility within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond with the requested information, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Up to 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize(s) will not be awarded.
Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes as of August 24, 2026 is $178,157.57.
Gold is a commodity with fluctuating values. The value of these prizes at the time of prize fulfillment will vary from the values stated here.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received during the Promotion Period.
Additional Prize Terms: Sponsor makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the value of the gold bar prizes at the time when they are purchased and shipped to each winner, or their future value. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value to the ARV provided in these Rules will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The Grand Prize winner and all prize winners who have a Robinhood Account may receive an IRS Form 1099 where required by rules and regulations, reporting the value of the prize they received based on the actual cost of the prize. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated in these Rules and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other details about the prize, including design and purity rating, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after all winners have been confirmed. Limit of 1 prize per person.
By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Merkle, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism, cancellation of the soccer tournament or a legal demand from a third party) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entrants who participated up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
