1. Sign in to your Robinhood account
2. Follow the in-app steps to agree to the Official Rules
3. On January 27, 2026, be on the in-app countdown screen, and then select Claim Tickets at precisely 8:30 PM ET to access the Prize Checkout page. Only a limited number of entrants will get access to this page, which will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. In Prize Check Out, follow the instructions to complete the claim process, including providing the following information associated with your Robinhood brokerage account:

• First and last name
• The email address
• Residential mailing address

You must be a Robinhood Gold member ($5 monthly subscription) at the time of selection on January 27, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET to participate.

If you successfully complete Prize Check Out, we’ll review eligibility within 24 hours. If you’re confirmed eligible, Robinhood will contact you with next steps.

After eligibility review, our prize fulfillment vendor will coordinate fulfillment. You may be asked to complete additional steps as part of prize fulfillment.

You’re not required to accept a prize after participating. If you choose not to, simply don’t complete any requested claim or fulfillment steps after checkout or follow-up outreach.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility

Robinhood Big Game Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and the US Territories who are 18 years or older at the time of entry who also meet the following additional requirements:

• Must have an individual brokerage account (a “Brokerage Account”). Brokerage Accounts are subject to Robinhood Financial LLC and Robinhood Securities, LLC Terms and Conditions and Robinhood’s Financial Entity Privacy Policy;
• Must have a valid W9 tax certification on file with Sponsor (and not be subject to backup withholdings);
• Must have downloaded the latest version of the Robinhood mobile app; and
• Must be Robinhood Gold member (paid or free trial) at the time of the selection on January 27, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET to participate. The Robinhood Gold subscription may be purchased by the month or for a year, and is subject to the Robinhood Gold Agreement. Robinhood customers who are not Robinhood Gold members as of the start of the Promotion are eligible to receive a 30-day free trial of a Robinhood Gold subscription when they sign up for Robinhood Gold. Robinhood customers who have utilized a 30-day free trial in the past and Robinhood customers whose Gold status lapses during the Promotion Period are eligible for an additional free trial in connection with this promotion. Customers may cancel their Gold subscription at any time before the end of the 30-day trial period to avoid being charged. Unless canceled, the Gold subscription will automatically renew at a fee of $5 per month.

The following Robinhood Brokerage Account holders are also not eligible:

• Account holders who are on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.
• Account holders with restricted Robinhood accounts. Restricted accounts include, but are not limited to, accounts that have been identified for tax withholding restrictions (like B-Notice or W8), levies, potential fraudulent activity, or other internal Robinhood restrictions.

In addition, employees of Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliate companies and Merkle Inc. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Agreement to the Official Rules

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in these Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read these official rules, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any of these official rules, do not participate in the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing

The Promotion begins on January 27, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET and ends when all prizes have been claimed, or no later than January 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Promotion.

How to Participate

• Open the Robinhood Mobile app and sign into your account. Data rates may apply.
• Follow the directions to confirm your agreement to these Official Rules.
• At precisely 8:30 PM ET, you will have the ability to click the Claim Tickets Button to access the prize check out page (“Prize Check Out”). Only a limited number of entrants will be able to access Prize Check out on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once within Prize Check Out, you may claim up to 2 prizes. Follow the directions to complete the claim process by providing your first and last name, the email address associated with your Robinhood Brokerage Account, and your home mailing address. As there are only 20 prizes, there is no guarantee that you will be able to complete the claim process before all prizes are claimed. Prizes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you successfully check out 1 prize, you will not have the opportunity to check out an additional prize.
• NOTE: Because there is the possibility that more than 20 prizes will be claimed on the Prize Check Out page and the possibility that an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements claims a prize, Sponsor will review each individual who completed the prize claim process within 24 hours of the start of the Promotion. Any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or was permitted to claim a prize after all prizes were claimed will be advised that they have been disqualified and will not win a prize. Sponsor will allocate tickets from disqualified entrants to alternates on a first-come first-served basis based on the timing in which alternate entrants selected “Claim Tickets” on the Robinhood app.

Entry Limits

You may only participate through your Brokerage Account to receive up to 2 prize packages. Any attempt by any entrant to participate through more than 1 Brokerage Account, or any other methods, will void your participation and you may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Brokerage Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.

Prizes

20 Prizes are available. Each prize package includes 1 ticket to a sporting event in Santa Clara, CA in February 2026, 2 nights’ accommodations in a hotel (single occupancy) determined by Sponsor, a $750 airline voucher, a tailgate pass (all details of the tailgate to be determined by Sponsor), and round-trip ground transportation to and from the sporting event. The Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason and the winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting a ticket prize, the winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions, and restrictions provided by the ticket, hotel, airline, and tailgate pass sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible if the winner does not use a ticket on the day of the event. Winner is solely responsible for managing any necessary travel to Santa Clara, CA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $15,000.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entrants who participate in the Promotion and your timing in selecting Claim Tickets and completing your entry.

Additional Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value to the ARV provided in these Rules will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All prize winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 reporting the fair market value of the prize(s) received where required by rules and regulations. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated in these Rules and the fair market value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other details about each prize, including but not limited to color, design/style, features, size will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth in the prize description herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor’s prize vendor after the winner(s) completion of the prize claim requirements, but in any case no later than February 4, 2026. Limit of 2 prizes per person.

Release

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Merkle, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto). Specifically, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss or damage, and any claim or demand resulting from personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, their travel to and attendance of the prize event.

Winners of the prize acknowledge and represent that their participation in the prize events are voluntary and that they knowingly assume all such risks associated with such attendance.

Further, winners also agree to Indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of their attendance of the prize event, flight, hotel stay, and tailgate pass and to reimburse the Released Parties for any such expenses incurred.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entrants who participated up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Any incorrect or inaccurate information either caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or provided by entrants;
• Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion, including but not limited to the entry process;
• Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, including but not limited to the processing of entries;
• Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail, delayed or misdirected entries, or failure to receive entries due to limitation of third-party social network platforms;
• Entries that are erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed or corrupted. In this case, entrants sole remedy is to take the required actions to receive another entry(s) in the Promotion, if it is possible; or
• Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

• Sponsor and entrants agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms prior to any demand for adjudication of any kind and to notify each other in writing of any such dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of when it arises. Notice to Sponsor shall be sent to support@robinhood.com. Sponsor and entrants further agree that if they cannot solve such dispute informally, any such dispute shall be finally settled in binding arbitration, on an individual basis, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and Sponsor and entrants hereby expressly waive trial by jury and right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. The arbitration will occur, at my election, in the county of entrant’s domicile or in San Francisco, California and will be conducted confidentially by a single, neutral arbitrator. Entrants agree to bear their attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, provided that Sponsor agrees to pay the cost of the arbitration if entrants are the prevailing party in the arbitration. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, including attorneys’ fees when authorized by law, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. Any dispute between the parties will be governed by this Agreement and the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Sponsor and entrants retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, and patents. In the event the prohibition on class arbitration or any other provision of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then entrants agree and understand that the remaining portions of the arbitration provisions in this section will remain in full force and effect.
• Any appeals of an arbitration award and over any suit between the parties not subject to arbitration shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in San Francisco County, California except that that such disputes, claims, and causes of actions that concern an Account shall be resolved pursuant to the pre-dispute arbitration clause in the RHF-RHS Customer Account Agreement;
• Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
• Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Severability

If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then:

• The validity, legality, and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances and the other provisions of these Official Rules shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and
• Such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
